Your role
We are hiring our first Account Executives to scale our early go-to-market and win startup customers across DACH and Europe. This role is hands-on and with high ownership: You will manage a fast-moving pipeline, own outbound motions, and collaborate closely with AWS field teams to accelerate adoption.
You’ll work directly with our founder and the Head of Sales to refine ICP, codify playbooks, and help build the GTM engine from the ground up. If you are hungry, ambitious, and excited to help startups save money and scale smarter, this is for you.
What You Will Do
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Own the complete sales cycle across DACH and Europe, combining inbound conversion with highly automated outbound motions
Build and prioritize your regional pipeline
Use automation and AI tools to increase outreach efficiency and drive more high-quality conversations with founders and CEOs
GTM Excellence
Refine our ICP, messaging, and demo flows based on real-time customer insights
Help develop scalable sales motions and contribute to the early GTM playbook
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting while contributing to simple, scalable sales processes and smooth handoffs.
AWS Ecosystem Collaboration
Build strong relationships with AWS Startup, Central Sales, and Demand Generation teams
Become a go-to partner in helping AWS teams deliver immediate savings and optimization to their startups.
Stay connected with the broader AWS ecosystem and create awareness for Blocks
What you bring
Required
2–5 years of sales experience in B2B tech sales
Experience at AWS or an AWS reseller, MSP, consultancy, or services partner
Strong track record of both outbound pipeline generation and closing deals
High ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and excited to build from early-stage
Clear, confident communicator able to speak to founders and engineering leaders
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Nice to Have
Prior experience in cloud cost optimization, FinOps, or cloud economics
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-assisted selling workflows
Direct exposure to early-stage or scale-up environments
